User Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Bridgemaster Holdings LLC (the "Company") collects, uses, retains, and discloses information in connection with the Tariff Monster service (the "Service"). It is incorporated into the applicable Terms and Conditions. Read it carefully: this Policy is deliberately candid — the Service is a monitored business system, and it offers no expectation of privacy and confers no data ownership.

1. Information Collected

The Company collects everything you provide and everything the Service observes, including without limitation: name, email address, mobile phone number, organization affiliation, access level, acceptance records (document versions, dates, times), and all sign-up metadata (IP addresses, user agents, timestamps); plus all activity data: every search, quote, calculation input, lookup, report, upload, page view, sign-in event (successful or failed), email delivery event (including opens and clicks), SMS delivery event, API request, and the network metadata accompanying each.

2. No Expectation of Privacy

ALL USE OF THE SERVICE IS LOGGED AND SUBJECT TO REVIEW. The Company and its authorized personnel may access, monitor, inspect, analyze, and review any and all data on the Service at any time, without notice, for any lawful purpose, including operations, security, support, product improvement, compliance, and enforcement of the Terms. You should assume that nothing done on the Service is private — including message delivery telemetry such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.

3. No Data Ownership

All data residing in the Service — submitted, generated, derived, or observed — is and remains the exclusive property of the Company. You acquireno right, title, or interest in any such data and no right to access, export, correct, or delete it, except where a right is granted by applicable law that cannot be waived.

4. Use of Information

The Company uses collected information to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service; to authenticate users (magic links, one-time passcodes) and deliver notifications; to evaluate and approve organizations; to maintain audit trails; to enforce the Terms; to comply with law; and for any other lawful business purpose the Company determines.

5. Communications

By providing an email address, you consent to receive operational email (including sign-in links) whose delivery, bounce, open, and click events are tracked. By providing a mobile number, you consentto receive operational SMS (including verification codes) whose delivery status is tracked. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS (Service features that depend on SMS, such as verification codes, may be limited or unavailable after opting out); reply HELP for help. Operational email is integral to the Service and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an account.

6. Disclosure

The Company may disclose information: to service providers that help operate the Service (including email and SMS delivery providers and hosting providers); within the corporate family of the Company; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; to comply with law, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or others; and otherwise with consent or as permitted by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing: we will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent records are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional use; disclosure to SMS delivery providers occurs solely to transmit the messages you have consented to receive.

7. Retention and Security

The Company retains all data for as long as it determines useful and applies commercially reasonable safeguards (authentication tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes; uploads are stored outside public web access). No system is perfectly secure, and the Company does not warrant security. Data may be stored and processed on shared infrastructure.

8. Third-Party Services

Email is delivered via SMTP2Go and SMS via smsalert.co.in (or successors); their handling of message data is governed by their own terms and policies. The Service may link to third-party sites the Company does not control.

9. Children

The Service is a business system for professional use and is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

The Company may modify this Policy at any time by publishing a revised version with a new version number. Where re-acceptance is required, continued use after re-acceptance constitutes agreement. The version and the date and time of each acceptance are recorded.
